Mop up operations commences in earnest as MEC Dube-Ncube moves to provide relief following heavy storms in Ladysmith where 70 households were totally destroyed last night as heavy rains belted the are of eMbulwaneni in Ward 9 in the Alfred Duma Local Municipality.
