Bergville – KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, will partake in a momentous occasion as she joins His Majesty King Misuzulu kaZwelithini and Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube, in the official installation of Inkosi Njabulo Miya, marking the dawn of a new era for the Amazizi Traditional Council in Bergville, under Uthukela District.
The installation of an Inkosi is a profound event within any community, symbolizing the emergence of a new reign that brings hope and promise to its people.
This event carries significant weight as it marks the first such ceremony in the province after a while. The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic initially postponed these proceedings, and the unfortunate passing of King Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu further extended the delay. Notably, this will also be King Misuzulu’s inaugural installation.
Members of the media are cordially invited to bear witness to and report on this historic event, as Amazizi Traditional Council turns a new chapter in its history.
