Bergville – KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, will partake in a momentous occasion as she joins His Majesty King Misuzulu kaZwelithini and Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube, in the official installation of Inkosi Njabulo Miya, marking the dawn of a new era for the Amazizi Traditional Council in Bergville, under Uthukela District.

The installation of an Inkosi is a profound event within any community, symbolizing the emergence of a new reign that brings hope and promise to its people.

This event carries significant weight as it marks the first such ceremony in the province after a while. The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic initially postponed these proceedings, and the unfortunate passing of King Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu further extended the delay. Notably, this will also be King Misuzulu’s inaugural installation.
